All about the sauce. Liven up your meals with this easy Asian sauce. I love making this when oranges are in season, tart and sweet bound together with salty coconut aminos and toasted sesame flavor. Balance this out with a little maple syrup and bold ginger.

Orange Sauce

2T           coconut aminos

1T           toasted sesame oil

2T           real maple syrup

1/2″       ginger

1T           orange peel

3T           orange juice

1T           olive oil

In small bowl add 2T coconut aminos, 1T toasted sesame oil, 2T maple syrup, 1/2″ ginger grated, 1T orange peel grated, 3T orange juice, and 1T olive oil. Whisk to combine. Set aside.

Will keep in fridge for up to 1 week. Can be used as a marinade, stir fry sauce, finishing sauce, dipping sauce.

Makes about 2/3cup.
